LOL. You pay for quality. There is the B stock from Thomann's but that is still about 800sgd considering the outrageous shipping charges.
Where did you find this number ? If you have the invoice of a store contact them in case of problem, you can also use the serial number on the IEM to directly contact InEar to know more about your warranty.
Is your IEM defect ? Why you worry now about your warranty ? You have to care about that before buying anything.
I don't use comply foam tips, can't help you for that, for me they reduce the bass and alter to much the signature of the IEM, but I think is depending on you ear canal.
For the SD3 I use the Ortofon tips that you can bought on ebay.
