Update: I've been talking to Stephen at Rockhopper Audio and he is very helpful. Stephen originally built my M3 and is totally willing to do some mods on it.

Thanks to your help, I'm going to add the Crossfeed w/ bypass switch and the Reverse channel switch I talked about. I'm also going to upgrade the Opamps and raise the gain some.
