I am having a bit of trouble with my Concero HD. It only does this about half of the time. When I play a bass heavy track (Caribou - All I ever need, for example) the bass distorts. The lower the sound, the more distortion there is. If I jiggle the back of the Concero, most of the time I can make it go away....and it starts working normally. Maybe a loose connection of some sort? I'm guessing no one here has had this exact problem, but if you have, or if you have any ideas as to what might be going on, any help would be appreciated. Were you able to solve this already? I also have a Concero HD but don't recognize this problem. Maybe I'm stating the obvious here, but have you tried a different USB cable or USB port on your PC or laptop, if that is your source? Or is there something wrong with the interconnect to the amp?
 
What you also could try is separate the DAC and amp, if they are close together. Maybe there is interference from a (PC) power supply nearby.
