I don't remember who but somebody posted here about a product called decibullz to make your own custom tips without messing too much. I tried custom earplugs like the previous video and worked relatively well but you should go with the decibullz
i have ridiculously tiny earholes as well, received a shure 525, and the smallest tip is too big for me and i the iem in general was too large for my ear...not just the tip.
just received my ie800s, got tx200 complys and they fit amazingly well, with the smallest size, i run with them too....and they dont fall out
For the person who opened the thread, are you sure that you push them corectly?
They have a very smart system that makes them automatically adjust pressure. You cannot push them deeper , they come out to their perfect point based on the pressure that is created inside the ear.
