Reset Cowon Plenue D2 to Factory Setting

Hello,

I have sold my Plenue D2, and I am trying to reset it before sending it to the buyer, but I cannot figure out how to do so. I've held down the volume + and - buttons for thirty seconds, and although the device shuts off, all of my albums are still on the device when it powers up.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Is it Android based? If so, it's probably under Settings, System, Advanced, Reset.

Unfortunately, it's not. That's why I've sold the player: I'm not smart enough to understand the UI!
