 Ordered a replacement cable almost a month ago, website says they are in stock, I called ultimate ears today, they tell me they are out of stock and don't know when they will get more. Anyone know where I can get another replacement cable?

 Really trying to get these asap... can anyone help me out? I know the cables for the 10 work for the 5 too...

You can use Triple.Fi 10 cables on the Super.Fi 5. The Triple.Fi stock cables (along with upgrade cables) can be found on eBay.
 
You can also try getting a Westone Cable (with the pins filed down) from Jaben. The Westone cable is supposed to greatly increase the Super.Fi 5 SQ, and the ergonomics of the cable are fantastic.
