So the right channel of my Earsonics SM3 v1's crapped out and I'm trying to figure out what to do. I loved these earphones and would either like to repair them or get something new that has a similar sound. I don't want to spend more than $150, and would love to spend less. When I think about what I liked so much about the SM3s, I feel like it was the depth of their bass, their amazing soundstage, and the richness of their sound all around.

Regarding what needs to be repaired: the twist of the right cable leading into the right earpiece is much looser than the left. Additionally, through the transparent shell on the right earpiece, I can see what looks like a green stain on one of the metallic components.

All advice is appreciated.

Thanks!
