I have an old style Beyerdynamic DT880. The headband at the top broke off (the cloth portion only that you see in image below). The headband came right off along with one of the connectors linking it to the frame of the headphone. Without the headband, the headphone simply slides down the side of my head. I can take an image of the headphone itself if needed.
Any suggestions of what to replace it with? I assume it would have to be like velcro. I don't think it can be very thin because too thin would not support the top of my head. I can't have my head up against the top plastic frame as that makes the DT880 slide below my ears.
