I found a replacement pad for my HD600 at senheiserusa website right here (H-50635) but noticed the pads are brown instead of my stock black pads. Anyone ordered replacement pads for HD600 before and can tell me if pads they send you is brown or black?

I ordered some a couple of weeks back for the HD600's & they are definitely black. Why do you need them?

I ordered from Senn USA and they were black.

And you need to replace them when they get smooshed in after awhile. Plus they get kinda nasty over time.

To replace them, just pull on the velvet part around and they'll pop off.

Just ordered a pair of replacement pads myself. Ran a whopping $29.90, with shipping. I'm pretty pleased as the cans and the replacement pads will still cost me under $150. Cool beans!

What about the pads on the headband? Can those be replaced?

They look to be a bit more difficult to remove. They also seem to get les pressure, and will not get us smashed as the earpads.
