It seems the headphone jack is dead on my FiiO E12 after about three years of use. I'm looking for a replacement/upgrade. Hesitant to buy another FiiO as prior to this, I had an E11 that I also had problems with.

Primarily used with RHA M750 IEMs on an Android phone (Google Nexus 6P), typically commuting by train. Also used to drive Audio Technica ATH-M50s about once a week, and to plug my phone into my Aux jack in my car. I listen to a lot of podcasts and audio books, as well as rock/alternative.

Would prefer something a bit smaller as it ends up in my pocket most of the time, but the size isn't too big an issue. Looking for under $200.

Thanks!

Not sure it's an upgrade, but this iBasso: https://www.amazon.com/D0-MKII-Portable-Headphone-Amplifier-Connection/dp/B00QOSQ4RU

Leckerton makes a dac/amp that fits your budget: http://www.leckertonaudio.com/products/uha-4/

Sorry, I'm just getting to this reply. I think I'm going with the C5D; for another $50, it seems to have better reviews than either iBasso or Leckerton, which was a very close second for me.

Thanks for the advice!
