Hey,
I've had Echo Indigo DJx for many years now and used it with my old laptop and drove Grado SR-225s.
I love its sound, it just sounds amazing and completely blew away Creative X-fi ExpressCard I had too. Grados came alive with this and midrange was so forward and, powerful and amazing. Clarify was incredible!
The problem is that new laptops don't have the ExpressCard slot, so I'm trying to find a replacement for my Echo. And so far I haven't been able to.
I got a Dragonfly based on raving reviews online and it sounded awful compared to Echo, tiny and flat, I was so disappointed, I returned it immediately.
I don't even know what to try now because I can't keep buying and returning things.
Does anybody have any recommendations?
