Hi there.

Do You know a replacement for Audio-Technica ATH-ESW9 leather pads ?
The best solution would be velour pads - these are most comfortable for me.

fallow.

I read somewhere the pleather pads are there for a reason.. They give a better seal, or an airlock effect, which gives a better bass response.

If there is a velour solution available I'd like to know as well.. The pleather on my W1000 does get hot and sweaty on hot days..

I can live with bad isolation. In hot days like today (32 C temp.) it will be just better to have velour pads IMHO. In my office such good isolation isnt needed. HD 25-1 with velour pads was just fine for me

Are the W5000 pads lambskin?

W1000 are lambskin afaik. W5000 pads are identical in all ways to the W1000, except the W1000 pads are slightly smaller in diameter.
