This is sort of a strange question... Has anyone bought a replacement cordless phone battery on eBay, and if so, what was your experience?

The battery in my cordless phone only lasts for about 90 minutes, so it's probably dying. It's rated at 3.6V 600mAh. Some of the eBay replacement batteries approach 1800-2000 mAh, which should give me significantly longer talk time, in theory. I just wonder about possible quality issues, or limited recharging capability...

it's a crapshoot anywhere online.. i bought 2 from amazon, and they were supposed to be new.. they had wear on the contacts.. I complained and got 2 new ones sent out.. These were new, but What was Amazon themselves doing sending out used batteries?
