How universal are the universal replacement cartridges from Audio Technica? I've got an old Garrard Model 210, with what I have to assume is the stock tonearm, and am looking at an AT-90 as a replacement. Any issues I should be aware of?

Turns out the AT-90 worked fine, although the difference in specs makes me think I'd be wise to back off the tracking force a bit from the old Shure cart I was using before.
