I say both of them because they both share the same lock in pattern, for those who dont know.
The cord they both came with werent good. I tried to order a new one directly from Sennheiser, and they didnt work too well. I ordered a 3rd party one, and it worked fine for about a year.
(I couldnt request new cables when I recieved them because both were refurb)
Didnt order ones for the M40 because I didnt like the short cable it had. And they were mainly for portable use.
