I apologize if this has been asked before, however i did search and couldn't come up with much.

I remember seeing a long time a guide on how to take them off. I'm pretty sure i just need to use extra force since they are on there pretty good but i don't wanna break anything.

You just pull them out. They are only held in place by a series of clips. If you want more info go to sennheiers website they have all the manuals.
