I know custom sleeves are out there, so I'm just wondering if anywhere does this/if it's possible.

A complete remold.

i dont believe any company at this time is able to do complete remolds of dynamic driver iem with the exception of UE5B.

I know that Future Sonics sells a custom monitor that only uses 13mm dynamic drivers. They don't offer a remold service but I'm expecting a company to offer this service for universal dynamic driver iems in the near future.
