I'm looking to purchase some 6Dj8/7308 tubes and need some direction. What are some of the better online tube dealers out there? Are there any ebay sellers worth trying? I'm particularly interested in someone that can provide me with tested and matched pairs/lots of tubes. I'm particularly interested Amperex tubes. Thanks.

I have personally bought from The Tube Store, and have had good dealings with its owner, Jon. With that said, there are several threads on this subject and there are the Sticky threads in the Amp forum that are worth reading. E-Bay is best if you know exactly what you want (and what it is worth) and/or who you are dealing with, or you are willing to take a chance. Personally, there are too many issues around buying on E-Bay for me; I'd rather pay a bit more and deal with somebody who has a good reputation in the audio community.

I ordered a tube from tubedepot, they had cheap 3rd day FedEx shipping. It is on vehicle for delivery right now.
