Any of you tried listening to MP3s on the Saturn or Apollo and notice artifacts? These are not artifacts within the MP3 itself, but seem to be decoding issues with these players. It's like warbly sound at a pretty low level, and doesn't seem to affect all songs, at least not noticeably. But on the ones that you can hear it, it's very obvious and annoying. If I decode that mp3 to a wav and burn a CD then it sounds good.
I wonder if there is some encoder or encoder setting that the Saturn does not play well with. If anyone has any more experience to offer please chime in.
And yes, I've got lots of 320Kbps MP3s that I can put on one CD to listen to when I am too lazy to change CDs. I just re-use a CDRW, and it makes things easier since it shows song names too.
