How good is the quality of the refurbished ones?

I doubt anyone has received theirs yet so no one can answer you for sure but google refurbished and it will give you a rough idea of what to expect. usually they would be just customer returns with minor cosmetic blemishes if any but all in all they should be in very good condition.

I ordered them and they are expected to come on the 30th. I'm guessing they're suppose to be "like new", but obviously because they're used some what worse.

looks aren't that important IMO, with IEMs, when you're short on time, who doesn't just wrap it up and throw it into there pockets (possibly disconnecting the phones from the player) in the end, they're bound to get scuffed up and worn

I got them but I didn't get any extra tips. I'm going to call them and ask for more tips. However, the quality looks great right now. Note: I've only had them for 2 days.
