I got my refurb ATH-ES7s from Buydig yesterday...they arrived with the right cup really scuffed up. Contacted Buydig and they didn't even offer to replace. They gave me an RMA # so basically I can send them back in, pay for shipping to send them back, pay the 10-20% re-stocking fee, and "order a new pair" if I so choose. What a load of ********.
