I'm currently running an ifi Zen One Signature with an ifi Zen Signature 6xx. I love the sound, but my volume adjustment is only really listenable between 8 and 10 o'lock on the AMP volume knob. I wish they had the ifi ie-match feature. Is there something I can do to reduce the volume that doesn't include changing volume in the PC OS or apps? Maybe a 4.5mm balanced cable with high impedance, something else?

Thanks for having our ZEN Stack! If I may ask, which headphones/IEMs are you using? I'm guessing that they're too sensitive even for ZEN CAN Signature 6XX's PowerMatch feature set to 0dB. If that's the case, we have a 4.4mm iEMatch that would help you out:

Thanks!

I did not know this existed. Does it just get connected to the existing 4.4mm cable between the DAC and amp? I’m running the HD 660S, so yes, the impedance is much lower on these than the 6xx.

iEMatch is a tiny passthrough device that goes in-between a headphone socket of your amp and headphones. Once used there it effectively lowers output that goes into your cans, so you have more usable volume range :)
