I was looking into buying the q-Jays or the UE Super Fi. 5 Pro. I was wondering how do the two compare? I had a set of limited edition UEs but I GAVE them away. So now I want to buy a new set of IEMs. By the way I still have the red metallic case that came with my UEs and the red q-Jays will look nice with them. And on my ear of course!

I got my q-jays a few days ago and love them.

Only problems are awkward cable length, and the case is rubbing off on the cord

I thought I would have received the newer version by now but I guess not

Any recommendations for another case? I love the one that comes w/ the jays for its size

edit: I can't even get the smudges off T_T
Has anyone had any success getting the smudges off?
kind of wishing I'd gone with black now but the red looks so cool.....

LOVE LOVE LOVE. Just got my red ones last week and have barely taken them out of my ears. Incredible sound upgrading from Etys. I can't stand the rubber tips, but the foam are fantastic. I also set mine a lot deeper in the ear canal than you from the pictures. But superb bass, accurate throughout the range, non-fatiguing. Just perfect. I love the cable length as well - sometimes just clip on an ipod mini to my shirt and have a 12in run total.

I don't like the cable length that much with the extension, too long so I used another extension instead of the original one.

I can insert them deeper so that all you'd see is the wire coming out, if I used the SA6 flange tips that is
