How do I fix this used record player, it is making the sound slow like in slow motion. Tried different setting with no luck.

The motor is probably not providing enough power to it. It might have to get serviced.
What kind of service? New belt?

Have you checked the record, what speed it is supposed to be played at.
Could just be the record is meant to be played at 78rpm and your turntable only goes up to 45rpm...

If you count the revolutions over a few seconds of video, it does seem to be turning at 45 RPM.Have you checked the record, what speed it is supposed to be played at.

and if you look at the size of the record compared to the platten (and look at the label) that looks an awful lot like an old 78 so either the speed needs changing or that record player can't play that record.

Yes, but on the record itself it will tell you what speed the record needs to be played at.
Different records need to be played at different speeds.
So if that record says it needs to be played at 78rpm, and your turntable can only play up to 45 it will sound slow like the video.
