I love Liszt's piano concertos. This version seems to be my favorite both audio quality and the pianist.

The only way I can stand Liszt's piano music at all is when the performers realize that a) it is not great music, b) it must be played for all it's worth, and c) the music was written to show off a player's technique - no more, no less. So I don't want over-refined attempts to turn it into Mozart or Beethoven. I want cheap, bravura playing -- tacky is okay here. I picked up the Jeno Jando recordings when they came out on LaserLight some 20+ years ago and have never regretted the purchase (they're on Capriccio now I believe). The Richter is pretty popular as is the Thibaudet with Dutoit. But I still prefer Jando.
