For use between AV-710 and Little Dot Micro+. Could get the Cardas from Headroom. Currently asking TURBO if he would build one.

What's my best option?

In that price range the Cardas is a great option IMO. You could also go with something like a Blue Jeans Cable product or so..

Signal Cable's Analog One in three feet is exactly $40 shipped right now. Should be a good cable. I haven't heard it, but I will very soon (placed an order today for multiple cables).

That's what I tried several weeks ago but never got a reply. I ended up buying a Cardas 12" elsewhere.
