Its all in the title! Don't particularly want to pay a **** ton of money for features I wont use. Just need a amp that will push them to the best of there extent.

Any noticble difference between a tube vs solid state amp?

 
Tube amps tend to drive high-Z cans like the HD 650 easier.  I own all three of the amps I mentioned above, and they all sound the same to me.

Pangea HP101, $99, gets the HD6x0 all the way to 120dB peaks as per Audiobot9000. Not that you'd be listening at 100dB anyway.

Yes. Pick whatever voltage range comes out of your wall socket.

Yes unless you want to buy a transformer to step up or step down to your voltage.
