I have a pair of Grado 225i's that I adore to death. I have heard magic happens when Grados are amped (specifically by a tube amp) and I am greatly intrigued. I have done a little research and found a few brands, but I would like to hear other opinions too! My price range is around $250-$300, but I am happy to look into more expensive brands or models.

If you're on a a budget, the Little Dot I+ is great, and especially after some tube rolling.

FWIR the Little Dot I+ gives plenty of current. Current... It's what Grados crave! At only ~$100 shipped used, I think it's worth a shot.

With Grado's I have always enjoyed the 12B4A based Mapletree amps.
