I've put this off long enough. My device as stated is the sony xperia z ultra with lollipop. My daily driver iem is the shure 425, but I pop out my ie80's from time to time. I am ok with having to use a power bank as an external power sorce, but would prefer not to have it. I can't go higher than $300. I also use tubes for my desktop setup, so warmth is appreciated.

I would look into these two dac/amps:

Solid state amps + DACs should not offer "warmth" but be accurate and neutral. Any differences in tonal quality will be very minor (if any at all). So I would focus on which seems to be the best sound that fits your budget, not if it might perhaps add just a little warmth or not.
