I'm looking for some good balanced, doesn't have to be overly bassy, headphones. My range is $80 and under, I'm welling to send a little bit more but don't want to if I don't have to spend the extra cash. 
Also might be interested in a headphone amp so if you know of a good one please let me know.

I would suggest you the HD439! Does well with nearly everything and does not need an amp to shine!
