I listened to your sample and INSTANTLY I was like "This guy has to go buy Beyond Nature by Phil Keaggy ASAP! This fingerstyle album was the one to vault Phil Keaggy into the Best Gutarist of the Year award back in - 1993? Whatever that year was. This should be right up your alley!

BTW here's a fun Snopes fact about Phil Keaggy being the Greatest Guitar Player in the World according to Jimi Hendrix!

I can't find the above at my usual sites (Play.com, cd-wow.co.uk, Amazon.co.uk), Amazon.co.uk do have Beyond Nature by Phil Keaggy second hand, but they want $40

I think I will have to take a walk around the city when I return to work on Monday.

Not exactly like the sample you posted, but I recommend John Fahey's fingerpicking. Especially the earlier years.
