If a person had a pair of B&W 606 S2 bookshelf speakers and wanted to play music from a new M1-chip Apple iMac, what would be some good recommendations for good, reasonably priced amplifiers to drive these 8ohm speakers? (They recommend 30-120 watt amplifier. These will be in a small office, above my desk and separated only by about 6 feet.

Stereo amps are cheap though. Realistically? Pick up something like an Adcom GFA (there are many 'sizes') and a 3.5 to RCA cable, then add a DAC later.
