need to invest in a IEM

-that is good for different genres (i listen to any, ranging from classical to pop to jazz)

-that can last (hopefully )

-clarity for mids and highs

-hopefully a good bass a well

-budget up to $300

-good isolation

Westone Um3x Rc
Ue Triple Fis

Is what I'd recommend if you like Jazz.
Especially the Um3x cause its a pretty "tamed" IEM :)

Refer to my signature my friend, you'll find more information than you could possibly imagine. Don't forget to thank the OP's. As for my own personal recommendations, based on the in ears I've heard, I'd personally recommend the SM3 (V1 can be had easily within your asking price, and is sonically the same as the V2), the UM3X (has amongst THE best imaging I've heard to date), the Miles Davis Tributes (all-rounders, fit for just about any genre), and last buy certainly not least, the FX700 (if you're lucky enough, they can be acquired for ~$300, or even slightly less at times). All the best!
