I need a good, transparent Ground Loop isolator, and from searching previous threads the most highly recommended one was the Xitel GLI1-A1.  The problem is that I cannot find it in stock anywhere.
 
Does anyone have a good backup recommendation?  I am trying to stay around a $25-$75 budget here, so I really don't want to have to spend $200 on the Jensen.

It's towards the top end of your budget but since it has XLR, 1/4" jack (bal & unbal) and RCA phono on both sides it also acts a handy format converter.
