Hi.

My phone earbuds have stopped working. I would like to buy something in the Sennheiser CX 300 II price range.

I intend to use them while I walk to work so noise cancelling of some sort is a plus.

I listen to classical music (all genres including symphonic, opera, chamber, piano sonatas) and BBC podcasts.

What do you think are my best options?

Thanks a lot!!

You will probably find this thread interesting.

Nocs NS400 seem to be a good choice.

From my experience,

Yamaha EPH100: Highly recommended.
Yamaha EPH50: Just stay far away from them.
AKG K314p: Quite cheap, nice, and enjoyable sound. No bass and they are not in-ear.

Best Luck!

See this thread. Lots of IEMs in your price range with rich description so you can make the best choice for you:
You might also watch the IEM deals thread to see if you can get a killer deal on a better grade of IEMs: http://www.head-fi.org/t/518656/the-iem-portable-headphones-deal-alerts-thread-read-the-first-post
