My only current live recordings are...

Final Fantasy Concert 2002
Unplugged in New York (nirvana)
A Cowboy Bebop concert
Mononoke Symphonic(isn't that live?)

eric clapton unplugged
led zeppelin how the west was won

(track four of mononoke is pretty damn good huh?)

shenmue orchestra is pretty good.

Eric Clapton - Unplugged is a winner. so is Robert Plant and Jimmy Page - Walking into Clarksdale.

The quintessential concert movie also is a fantastic live CD if you get the 1999 remaster.

Oh yeah, PNYC is a favorite of mine.

I would recommend:

Iron Maiden- Live after death (the full 2cd set). Even if you're not into Maiden this is definitely the first thing you should buy to introduce yourself to the band. Killer setlist and fantastic sound quality.

Hi gloco,

if you like PNYC you should give

Hooverphonic - sit down and listen to

a try. Not a real live album, but mostly older songs of them performed with acoustic instruments. Quite nice.
