CDs:

DJ QBert - Demolition Pumpkin Squeeze Musik
Old school break mixtape from '94. Classic.

DJ QBert - Wave Twisters
A concept album that's really well put together. It's like listening to a scratch practice tape on some sort of alien form of acid.

D-Styles - Phantazmagorea
Dark, in your face scratch composition. There's nothing like it.

DJ D-Styles & DJ Flare - Pharoahs Of Funk
Hands down best Invisibl Skratch Piklz scratch practice tape bar none. It's the most listenable and can probably be called a scratch dictionary if you can figure out the all of the scratches they're doing. Recommended if you're looking for a tape of two people going at it for an hour with ALL of the skills they got. Just listen to "Urination". Best. Phrasing. Ever.

Toadstyle - Switchblade Sermons
You won't be able to find an original copy of this CD in stores anywhere so I suggest you look elsewhere for it. Possibly the best newest generation scratch practice tape, Toadstyle rips it from beginning to end with his funky, musical, yet extremely technical new-school style. Honestly, if you can find this CD, listen to it and be amazed.

Ricci Rucker & Mike Boo - Scetchbook: An Introduction To Scratch Music
The newest generation of scratch composition. While listening to this you probably won't even realize the entire thing is scratched. The skill needed to even begin thinking of creating something like this is just... wow. It sounds the most like actual music than any other scratch composition CD out there. Recommended.

DVDs:

DJ QBert - Wave Twisters The Movie
An animated movie based on the "Wave Twisters" CD. If you've ever felt like "Wave Twisters" would be the perfect soundtrack to some sort of movie, this is what that movie would look like. It's basically the CD with video tacked on it.

D-Styles Sextet & Ned Hoddings - A Night At The Knitting Factory
Ned Hoddings (Ricci Rucker, Mike Boo, Toadstyle, Excess) and the D-Styles Sextet (D-Styles and the Beat Junkies) showcase their talents. Ned Hoddings perform some songs and bust some of the craziest scratch freestyles ever caught on tape. If you're going to get this DVD, Ned Hoddings should be the reason why. They're that good. The D-Styles Sextet basically do half of the tracks on D-Styles' "Phantazmagorea".

Ned Hoddings & D-Styles - The person Language Tour
Their tour of California shot in somewhat of a documentary style. It's really good. Check out Toadstyle in the studio freestyle. Insane is what he is.
