Hi! I'm currently considering to try out the analog route (TT!!!). But to make the best out of my system, I need a good EQ for room correction for my speakers. What are some good recommendations for this purpose? And am I correct in assuming that digital EQ's are no good, since I should keep the signal path completely analog?

Oh, yeah, please keep the price under $100... I am open to vintage...

Digital EQs are good, they are just a LOT more expensive than analog. With only $100 to spend, you are going to be a little limited. Try to get a used 31 band dual channel graphic equalizer at ebay. Any brand you can find at that price is going to be a good deal.

See ya

Try a Behringer 2496.
Be aware that if you use full room correction, that there will be sonic impact despite running in just the digital domain. Having said that, minimise the correction and focus on just the worst room nodes, and IMO it's worth the effort.
