My current logitech usb desktop microphone seems to have issues with windows 7 64-bit. It has really low volume even with recording levels at max. I have to literally have my mouth an inch away to be heard. It uses microsoft drivers which I have the latest so it's pretty much a dud.
I am now looking for a desktop microphone please no headsets. My price range is around $40 max unless you can convince me otherwise. I will mainly use it for gaming and voip programs such as vent and teamspeak
