I'm looking for a decent, safe connector to connect the PSU to my Tube Amp.

Need connections for the HT and heater supply.

Something like the Raptor uses would be cool.

All recommendations appreciated.

Thanks

Renato

There are some amphenol (sp?) connectors which would be useful. Some criteria should be that they make a good connection, are locking and can not fall out during operation, and also that they do not resemble any other common connector that people can plug things into such as XLR plugs.

I will look into the Amphenol line. I think a plastic outer casing would also be prudent. Powercon's are a possibility but they seem a bit too large. I considered XLR's but like you pointed out they may be problematic.

Thanks. It's great when things turn out as you hoped.
