Hi all,
Looking for a budget IEM (open to chinese brands) to meet this criteria:
- Under $30 (ideally under $20)
- Sound signature: slight V (bass should have a good oomph, but I don't want bass or highs to overwhelm everything)
- Must have a microphone
- Cable shouldn't drive me crazy with microphonics.
Comparison IEMs I've owned:
- Steelseries flux - liked these, broken. The cable had horrible microphonics, though with the slightest movement/rubbing amplified in my ears.
- Soundmagic E10 - Decent, a bit lacking in bass. Own these but have the version with no mic
- Vsonic GR02 - hated these. Way too bassy and shrill. Good cable, though.
- Meelectonics M6p - had these a long time ago, remember them being pretty good, but being a little too harsh for me, though not terribly so
- Panasonic SHE3580 and JVC Marshmallow - eh, just kinda whatever
Suggestions? Considering the KZ S3 right now for $10 as a beater.
