Hi guys,

Although my username suggests I may be only looking at Beyerdynamic models, I am equally at home with other designs. Looking for a portable headphone to be used with my smartphone(it's not an iPhone5 though). Any recommendations?

I want something that doesn't sound too sharp or analytical, too thin or bright in the highs. I want something more mellow and musical but at the same time has detail and some bass.

I don't know if the headset cable comes with them or you have to buy it.
