I love those momentum 2's but i'm also open to finding something newer if it fits the bill.

noise-cancellation isn't a must.

would very much like the option of using wired.

i know looks aren't everything but i really like that more vintage 70s-y look way more than the modern simple look of something like the momentum 4, or the like standard Bose look, etc.

and yeah i could maybe go up on price a tiny bit if i really fall in love with something

Slightly over budget, but V-Moda has the Crossfade 3 Wireless on sale right now for $224.99. I've only tested them briefly, but they're actually pretty well-tuned, much less v-shaped and bass heavy then the V-Moda's that I remember of old. I think they'd be a good choice for something a little different than the common aesthetic, and you can even customize the look
