I'm mainly looking to purchase a Rega turntable (P1 or P3), but am unsure of any good shops in NYC. If anyone knows of any good ones, I'd love to check it out. Thanks.

I visited Ultra Hifi a few times, located in Flushing, Queens. Its on northern blvd. They seem helpful and "sort of" knowledgable. I remember seeing some rega amps?or cdps but im not sure if they have tables there..Their prices arnt too killer, but their stuff is pretty up there..

You can also check out Innovative Audio (http://www.innovativeaudiovideo.com/) 150E 58th. I bought my Rega P3 there a number of years ago...and my Linn...and my Creek...and, well, you get the idea.

I just looked at the site and I don't see if they still carry the Rega line.
