rFrom what I've experienced in the $100 range I'd say the Denon 1001. Then you have a closed phone to go with your SR60.

Are they bassy enough? I prefer my Marshmallows over my SR60s just because they have bass. SR60s just seem bright and lacking kinda.

I'm used to my stereo which has 4x12" woofers for reference. I like pronounced and sometimes boomin' bass.
I realize I won't get this out of a headphone but I was impressed with the levels of bass from my cheap Marshmallows so I know there's some closed cans out there capable.

M50s are a good choice if you are looking for full sized sealed cans.
they have great bass and overall sound great.

Nice music selection.

In that price range I personally love my AD700s, and would never hesitate to buy them again and include them in my collection. They lack the bass that you may be desiring, however some EQing has left me more than satisfied. When EQing i love these cans, the bass on is very tight and accurate.

FWIR, the D1001, Q40, and M50 seem to be good choices in this price range for rock and trance, and maybe the RX900.
