Hi,
I've been looking around for a couple of days and saw a few posts from users that recable their Shure SE530. Being that I'm new, I'm wondering if anybody can suggest what kind of cable to use. Some say silver is too 'tin-ey', and to go with copper.
I don't want to spend too much money on it. I want to get the most bang for my buck because they are nice IEM's, but don't want to go overboard. I would also consider myself skilled with the soldering iron, so I'm not worried about that.
The post in particular was this one...
Customize a Shure SE530 cable
The cabling looks clean and neat, but I am just unsure of the wire. Additionally, I would have no clue what to buy or where to buy it.
If anybody could help, that would be great. Thanks in advanced....
