Hey all,

After doing some leg work, and some good old trail and error, and some soldering iron burns.:D I have come to the conclusion it is MUCH easier to re-cable/wire something from the headphone driver itself rather than mid cable.

My question is where do I start. I have looked through the DIYLR a bit, and came up with nothing that fits my needs.

I am looking for a 12"-18" wire (I realize I may have to buy in bulk, then cut it down, but I would rather buy it clean so I don't have to do any work besides solder the out's to the drivers). 3.5mm in jack (for a Sansa Clip Zip. I was thinking of doing a headband mod so I could just clip it there forever, but collar is fine for now.

Any help? Much appreciated.

:) On
