has anyone tried recabling a bose triport ie? and is it possible? if you guys have a picture please post it, im kinda new to this thing so if if you guys have some info or upgrades of your phones please post some pics. thanks!

Good luck with that, as any canalphone is extremely hard to recable. Everything is so tiny and not meant to be able to be disassembled.

Nothing is impossible..... recabling those Is just difficult to do.

Someone managed to recable his MX500s before, so the Triport IE should definitely be possible. I think the most difficult bit is to put it back together and not leave tooling marks all over the seams

Plastic seams like this can sometimes be easily popped open without leaving marks by using a thin, soft guitarpick. Just a tip...
