The winner is MrSlacker.

I couldn't use 18 because that would be too obvious. So I used the following algorithm to determine the winner. MrSlacker wins by default, barring any mistakes. I don't think I made any miscalculations, but if I did, let me know within the next day or so.

Basically, each poster had two chances to win. If the number picked plus or minus the post number equals eighteen, the poster is the winner. If there is no winner by post #108, then the poster from #108 wins by default. Why 108? Blame LOST.
