Hello. I like these phones but dislike the cable. Heavy and short. Want something more flexible. How could i do this? Im not handy with this kind of stuff.

How long do you need? IIRC Grado/Alessandro cables are about 2m/7ft long, which is plentiful enough for most people.

never thought grado cables are short...

depends how you use them. For portable then no. At home. Yes. If you dont sit on the computer that is. The cable suck donkey balls.

Well, it's better than some other manufacturer's cables.

If your not too good with this kind of stuff yourself then it may be worth just looking into getting a Grado exstention cable. I know it won't solve the weight issue but I'm not sure it is worth paying to have a professional recable done as it will cost a decent chunk of what the cans did.
